1. MR. SAMED has recovered successfully this morning and discharged home. Review in a week time.
2. Baby Abubakar had a successful second surgery today and is discharged to go home.
3. Unfortunately we lost Baby memuna. We pray for patience for the family and a reunion in heaven.
